TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment for the lessons can be made via bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal. All of them are fast and safe payment methods.
Paying through Paypal will incur a 6% fee charge. There are no fees for payments via bank transfer, Venmo or Zelle.
When you contact me, you will receive my PayPal, Zelle, Venmo address or bank account via email to make payments.
All services will always be paid in advance, except for the online free trial lessons.
All the students must be registered on the SPANISH DESDE CASA website to book lessons.
Confirmation of the date and time of the classes will only be made when the payment has been received.
There are no money refunds, but the date and time of the lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance.
All class packages expire 6 months from the day of purchase.
SPANISH DESDE CASA reserves the right to raise rates.
- Rate changes will never occur before the completion of a paid pack of lessons.

It is possible to reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel or reschedule a lesson with less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged.
In case of "no show", after 15 minutes the student will be charged for the lesson.
No make-ups for missed lessons in the Small-group Programs and Summer Camp.

The trial class is completely free and lasts approximately 30 minutes, and you will be under no obligation to book any more classes.
In case you need to cancel or reschedule the trial lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The teacher will inform you about her holidays in advance.
The teacher may change her time zone location due to traveling. You will be notified in advance.
In case of cancellation by the teacher due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the right to either reschedule or get your money back.
